We have conducted two community surveys. The first open-ended survey in 2018 informed a more detailed survey in the first half of 2019.

The key messages from these surveys are that:

• The Sopwell community support a hub
• Residents want a cafe, group & community activities, to host parties and shop local
• Key sections of the community with need are youth and older people
• There is a need for an inclusive facility
