Autumn Festival 2022

Come along and enjoy Autumn with us at the Cottonmill Community and Cycling Centre from 1.30 to 3.30pm on Sunday 30th October. Singing, craft, stalls and competitions, alongside free pumpkin soup and rescued bread. #LoveFoodHateWaste

Larks in the Parks 2022

Larks in the Parks is back in Sopwell this Sunday (10th July 2022)! Come down from 12noon to 5pm down at the new Cottonmill Community and Cycling Centre off Cottonmill Lane (AL1 2EF). Free entrance, with entertainment from local groups and singers, food from around the World, kids’ activities and more.

Charity Quiz Night: Wednesday 1st December

Come along next Wednesday evening for the first of our fabulous fundraising events!

Steve is laying on a charity quiz night for us at the White Hart Tap with a delicious Sunday Roast for Two as the prize. Fun, of course, will also be the winner!

Get your team together for 9pm Wednesday 1st December, no need to book. A maximum of six per team.

The CaSH team will be there to let you know more about the Community and Cycling Centre and there’ll be a chance to win a deluxe hamper in our raffle.

SUSTFEST 2021: COME AND SEE THE COMMUNITY HUB PLANS AT THE MARLBOROUGH PAVILION

CaSH and SADC project manager Kian Jafari will be outside at the Marlborough Pavilion on Sunday 6th June with a display of the design / plans for the new community hub. As this is a Sustfest21 event, there will be a focus on showcasing the eco-friendly aspects of the design. There is also an online scavenger hunt to keep children amused while you look at the plans.

Note this event aims to be #COVID-safe. Please help us maintain social distancing.

Larkus in the Parkus – 30th June

CaSH are very pleased to be bringing Larks in the Parks back to Sopwell this year!

On Sunday 30th June, 12-5pm at the Marlborough Pavilion Open Space, the Roman themed ‘Larkus in the Parkus’ will be a fabulous, fun filled day for all the family.
Expect gladiators, juggling centurions, laurel leaf headdresses, archaeological treasure hunts and all things Latin!

As a community-led project, we want to listen to what you have to say, and find out what you and members of your household want from a community centre in the area.
